Pascal International Observatory

Pascal International Observatory Founded in 2002, PASCAL is an international organisation operating from centres in Glasgow, Australia and South Africa.

We focus on Learning cities, placemaking, higher education engagement, and lifelong learning. . . Focussed particularly on place, social capital and lifelong learning, PASCAL offers its members a place in relevant international networks, participation in international research and development programmes, and through its own network of Associates based around the world,can mobilise expert knowledge and opinion on issues of current concern.
