The hard work of earlier in the year is paying off.

Today's mini harvest. Once again ran out of steam before I got everything picked. So plums to eat and freeze, might make some jam. I love plum jam. I made my first jam last week since stopping Fiends Fell Pantry. I made Harlequin Jam, with blackcurrant, gooseberries, strawberries and raspberries. Yummy, always a favourite.
More dwarf French beans to eat and freeze. Peas, a couple of courgettes, a box of blueberries, a bunch of carrots and a bunch of flowers to feed the senses.

Today's mini harvest. Lots more to pick, just ran out of steam. I also cleared an area of nettles and set up my comfrey tea system. Dug where the potatoes were ready to put leeks in tomorrow.
