Starting my week the right way!!
Training on a Monday morning sets me up for a good week of training and eating right 🙌🏻

Another thank you for my clients keeping me busy throughout all of this, you are massively appreciated and have all been working so hard through lockdown 💪🏻

Just want to say a massive thank you to all of my clients who have supported me and continue to support me through all of this! I really do appreciate every single one of you & cant wait to see you all again soon back in the gym 🤞🏻

I have sent my clients a 5 day home work out plan to complete this week. I will create and send them a new plan every 3 weeks to do whilst we’re in lockdown and to run alongside their PT sessions.

What a strange week it’s been! I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy! I’ve missed not being at work seeing all of my clients and kids from my classes, but hopefully it won’t be too long till we’re all back to normal!
