All 3 instructors teaching today. Sensei Oishi first continuing hes them on kihon.
Sensei Kobayashi kata Bassai Dai and Kanku Dai. Fine details. Sensei Kawasoe kihon his unique style.

Day 2
This was an amazing session from Sensei Oishi. Alot of people would not have understood this. We did kihon kata over 20 times. Basics basics and more Basics. Eyes, hips stances just for me it's all I have been teaching last few months.

Sensei Kawasoe was an amazing form. Great amazing technique as always pushing us and ending with Nijushiho. Great weekend so far with more friends.
Nice Japanese food and some Sake

Day 2
Another fantastic session with Sensei Oishi. Alot of people would not have understood this. We did kihon alot. Then Kihon kata nearly 20 times. Focus on eyes, hips, stances. Basics, basics and basics
Finish your technique. From all Senseis. This is kind of the JKA way. Brilliant.
Next was Sensei Kawasoe giving us his best. Super technique explained everything for us. Some amazing kicks which lead us into Nijushiho to finish of with. All of us being watched by Sensei Oishi and Sensei Kobayashi.
A day to train and meet friends and family and learn.
Enjoying some Japanese food and sake and the evening well deserved.

Black and Brown Course today in Antrim. After last weekend with Sensei Kawasoe we continued. Well done all. Oss

Day 2.2 classes. After spending a good evening with Sensei Kawasoe we start with a good warm from Annet McKinney McGowan Sensei. Back to basics and geri waza. Sensei Kawasoe, an amazing artist inspirational.
2nd class we looked at Bassai Dai and Enpi kata.
Great way to finish our weekend.
Thanks again for all those who supported us. Well done to Kyle on passing his Nidan too.

Day 1 done. A class on kihon( Basics) from Sensei Kawasoe. Hips and stances followed by an interesting flowing combination. Finishing the class on Heian Shodan.
