Anyway, Lisa is spot on ! Punishments Don’t Apply. Any traditional behaviour methods might in fact be damaging. Which is why I’ll go into trauma informed and relational techniques such as declarative language, PACE and WINE questions and sensory support in my online workshop.

That time when I was at my book launch but I didn’t actually know what is in fact a book launch.

The lovely people invited me to speak about my book “The Other 29” back in May. My husband, my amazing PA and her husband came all the way from Manchester to witness the great moment and…

I spent the first 5 minutes blubbing.
They were tears of joy though. I’ve never written a book before. It’s been emotional.
