My children just ridiculed me for my choice of footwear after our session today. Quite honestly, my feet feel amazing. Muddy boots off, birks and socks for the win. Gotta love the Nordic socks in Autumn. 🍂🍁

We were due to be back this morning but the persistent heavy rain and the high gusts forecast mean that we will need to cancel. See you next week.

Fancy some chilled out time in the woods with myself and our lovely group in Inchinnan?

We have spaces available and best of all, sessions are completely free, you just need to be over 16 and live in Renfrewshire.

The dates are attached. Get in touch with myself or IDT if you fancy it. 🌳💚🌳

One of our Little Forest Friends needs your votes! Mila V swims with Inverclyde Amateur Swimming Club and they are hoping to win £3000. It takes a couple of minutes of your time. Go to the photo of the swimming club and like.
Good luck Mila 🏊‍♀️💚
