😎Great to see the sun shining

Some advice from PHA on Keeping safe in the Sun.

Hot weather advice ☀️

• Apply SPF 30+ sunscreen (and reapply every 2 hours!)
• Wear a hat and sunglasses
• Seek shade during peak UV hours (11am – 3pm)
• Stay hydrated
• Stay cool

Prolonged heat poses a particular risk to older people, young people and those with heart and lung conditions.

Look after yourself and your loved ones and check up on neighbours who may be less able to look after themselves.

Thank you to all the wonderful families who joined us for our Transition to Nursery programme! The children had lots of opportunities to practise different skills and routines to help with starting Nursery. We hope that they all have an amazing time at their new schools.
