With just one week to go before our Autumn term begins, there are still a few spaces available for you and your little one (0-13 months) to come along and enjoy some gorgeous, themed sessions at Baby Sensory.

Classes are held in Lightburn House in Ulverston on a Wednesday and Thursday.

We will be doing the following along with a few more;

🩵🩷HELLO BABY - OBSERVATION & BABY MASSAGE 🩷🩵

BOOKING NOW OPEN for our Autumn term! 😄

Tuesday 7th November - 12th December @ 1:15-2:15. Sessions held in Lightburn House, Ulverston.

Will you have a baby between the age of 0-3 months on the 7th of November? If so, then Hello Baby is for you 👋🏼 👶🏼

🩷The programme includes a fascinating observation helping you to identify sensitivity and behavioural cues that your clever little newborn displays. A fantastic way to learn more about your newborn, what they’re trying to communicate to you and how best to respond.

This session will be followed by 5 massage sessions focussing on various parts of your babies body.

🩵Each session lasts an hour and includes:

Baby Massage (a different part of the body each week)
Baby Yoga
Hand, foot and ear reflexology
Sensory integration
Containment and comfort
Fun, games and play
Bonding experiences

🩷There are so many benefits to this course, enabling you to understand what your baby is saying so you can adapt care-giving responses to meet their needs. Support your parent-baby bond through sensory integration techniques and positive touch experiences.

🩵Learn new techniques that can help calm and relax your baby and promote sleep. Be part of a social experience where you can make friends with parents going through the same worries, challenges, and celebrations as you are.

🩷If you would like to book on please visit the website to do so (even if little one hasn’t yet arrived - Simply use your due date as babies DOB and put their name down as ‘tbc’).
