Very lucky to be busy doing something I LOVE 🩷

However, I’m now on holiday and have plans to stare into the abyss whilst holding a glass of Prosecco in each hand 😂

I’ll be back in the studio on the 1st of September and the lovely Abi will be teaching her normal sessions whilst I’m away.

Every booking, every class, every person who chooses to spend their time with us in the studio means more to us than yoI’ll ever know! Thank you 🫶✨

Alt-R X Baby Farm 🐄

Yesterday we had such a cosy & cute day 🤍🤍

We woke up to the rainiest morning ever but the barn was welcoming and well stocked with toys and brews!

We got warmed up with a farm themed pilates class followed by drinks, chats and playtime! All topped off with a visit to see the horses and the sweetest baby cows!! 😍

Thanks again to Alice for being such a lovely host. There’s more info on her page about her regular groups, which are a great way to get some fresh air with the kids!

The comeback class - Thursday the 3rd of September 9:30am!

This year I have been teaching classes for 10 years!! 🤩

You name a community centre or hall locally and I’ve taught in it! I’m so grateful to all of these spaces and the community we have built over the years, leading to the opening of Alt-R this year 🙌🩷

Have you been meaning to come to the studio but not made it yet? Or perhaps you’re feeling nervous in the new space? I’d love to offer you a free mat pilates class to welcome you back in and help it feel more familiar! A relaxed, welcoming class to catch up and show you the space.

🌿 ALT-R x BABY FARM 🌿

We’re taking Pilates to the farm and where could be better than Baby Farm 🐄

Join us at Baby Farm for a playful, relaxed Pilates session where children of all ages are welcome to join in (or watch if they’re too young!)

We’ll start with a 30-minute Pilates session (with amazing views!) followed by time to play and chat 💕

No childcare needed. No pressure for the kids to sit still. Just some time for us to get together and enjoy being out in the fresh air!

£10 per adult - kids are FREE with their paying adult
