Boxing Fitness Club **UPDATE**

The new Boxing Fitness Club will be changing from Friday's to Monday's starting from next week due to coach availability.

If you haven't yet signed up then get in touch and we can get you booked on!

Activity Schedule for Term 1!!

Here is how our schedule is shaping up for the new term. We have a couple of new activities from before the summer.

Multi-Sports (P1-P3) is restarting on a Monday from 4pm - 4:45pm
Boxing Fitness Club (S1-S6) is starting up on a Friday from 2pm - 3pm

We also hope to add more to this schedule. We are working to get a Disability Sport Specific session up and running alongside a Rugby session at the high school.

To do this we are in need of more volunteers. If you would be interested in supporting either of these clubs in starting up then get in touch!

🌟 Leadership Hoodies 🌟

Our first leadership hoodies of the new term!!

Well done to Bella Macdonald, Abbie Gourlay, and Perla Nutu who have completed the first level of the High Life Highland Leadership Programme. (25hrs volunteering)

These three have been a fantastic support to the active schools programme over the last year. Between supporting the badminton club and any active schools events, they always came with positivity and great energy.

Gorge Scrambling & Sea Kayaking with Liquid Footprints

Thanks to the Summer of Sport Funding for making this opportunity possible. We had two great days out with Liquid Footprints at Ardmair for Sea Kayaking and out near Corrieshalloch Gorge for some Gorge Scrambling.

A fantastic day with the Highland Sports Disability Team this week. Soft Archery, Climbing, Disc Golf, and Boccia all on offer.

We are working on offering a disability specific session as a part of our Active Schools programme!

ACTIVITY ZONE

We are finishing the Summer Holidays off with a bang!

We have a fun filled day lined up with some games, team challenges, and sports followed by the Eliminator in the swimming pool.

Open to 8 - 14 year olds.

Disability Specific - Disc Golf, Soft Archery, & Boccia

Come and join the Disability Sports Team to try out our fun alternative version to Golf! We use frisbees and baskets instead of clubs and holes. Learn the basics and then we will create some fun holes to test your throwing skills.

We will also we doing Soft Archery during this session. Soft Archery is a great introduction to archery, take aim, breathe, relax and learn to be an effective archer indoors or outside. A great activity for any budding Robin Hood involving skill and self-control.

This session is open to anyone with a Physical, sensory or Learning Disability. We are more than happy for siblings or friends to book in too.

We ask that a parent or carer stays during this session to provide any support required.
