We’re reopening our kids’ martial arts classes on Wednesday 9th September, and we’re now taking bookings for the new term!

We run separate classes for:

🥋 Under 8s
Wednesday • 4:30pm–5:15pm

🥊 Under 13s
Wednesday • 5:30pm–6:30pm

Our classes are fun, energetic and built around learning through games, challenges and practical martial arts. We help children develop confidence, focus, discipline, fitness and real martial arts skills, without making training feel stiff or boring.

Knee Tag is always fun especially when you have people working together for the first time. Nice ice breaker which keeps you moving, fast feet and hands.

Sorry for the negative post but please can people start paying their invoices on time!

I have 18 outstanding invoices.
Every month I’m chasing people for money and quite frankly it’s not a good use of my time.

I’d much rather be making positive posts, planning high energy classes and growing the club.

Important class update for all New Dawn Fit members.

We are now running on the new class timetable, but we are still at the current venue until our final session there on Wednesday 24 June.

Please check your inbox for the important newsletter with all the details. If you cannot see it, check your spam or junk folder. If it is still not there, message us and we will resend it.

Please also make sure your recurring payment is set up correctly, and remember to tick both boxes when entering your card details.

All termly kids’ class invoices are now due, so please pay these as soon as possible.
