We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our After School Care team. You will be caring for children from primary 1 to primary 7 from 3pm to 6pm Mon- Fri.

Out of School Care duties you will be undertaking are as follows:

*Collecting children from school, escorting them to our Out of School Care
*Preparing snack for children
*Planning and undertaking a variety of fun activities with the children
*Updating and maintaining children's profiles
*Ensuring the children are safe and their care and welfare needs are met
*Building relationships with Parents

We are looking for someone who is energetic, bubbly, reliable and can work well in a team.

Rate of pay for Out of School Care Hours - up to £12 per hour depending on qualification and experience.

MONDAY 19th SEPTEMBER

As the date of the state funeral of Queen Elizabeth II has been announced we have decided that, in light of schools being closed Happy Days will be closed too.

Fees already paid in advance for Monday 19th Will be deducted from October fees.

Now that both North and South Lanarkshire have confirmed schools will be closed next Tue, Wed and Thur we will be offering full day care from 8am - 6pm and we are open to all children, cost is £29 per day and we offer a 10% sibling discount - message our page or email [email protected] to book

12yrs ago today I started Happy Days out of school care. It has been an amazing journey, good times and not so good times. The last few years have been tough but we are on the upwards journey again 😁

None of this would have been possible without the continued support of Anona Fraser who is simply amazing.

And that’s a wrap 🎈 what an amazing holiday club we have had, science day, parks, team games, talent shows, cooking, baking and lots and lots of laughs.

All the kids were amazing and it was a pleasure having them at Happy Days 👏

Lots of new friendships made too 👍

Well today we had 24 super ⭐️’s at the cinema to see the minions - exceptional behaviour from all the kids.

Then it was off to the park for lunch and fun and then back to happy days to chill and play😁

Another fantastic day at Cunigar Loop - a few of the kids said “didn’t really fancy the activity today but it’s been brilliant”😁 thanks to all our amazing staff who ensure the kids have lots of fun 😁

Once back we did some meditation and 2 kids fell asleep 😴😴

So far this week we had a fab scavenger hunt 🌲and games at Chatelherault Country Park then today we headed to laser station where we enjoyed laser games, dodgems, lunch and yummy ice cream 🍦

Today is nature day - we started off singing 🎶🎶 we have collected leaves and pine cones 🍂🍁We have made our bird feeder pine cone and some fantastic leaf rubbings……… we went to the park and Ziggy came to say hello too 🐕

😁Well we had a super duper messy day at Happy Days today - bubble painting🎨 building using icing cement 🧱 feet and hand painting 🎨then off to the park, lunch, making play dough in the park and mud pies.

Finished off with team games in the big hall - have a look at our chalkboard feedback from the kids 👍⭐️
