This week, some of our competitive trampoline gymnasts have been bouncing at the Somerset Trampoline Camp alongside Coach Debbie! 🤸‍♀️
It’s been a fantastic opportunity to train with gymnasts from across the country, learn new skills, and make great memories along the way.
A huge thank you to Olly for organising such a brilliant camp and giving our gymnasts the chance to be part of it. We can’t wait to hear all about their week and see what they’ve learnt back in the gym! 💚

SUMMER HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES ARE HERE! ☀️

Looking for something fun to do this summer?

We've got 7 weeks of activities running throughout the school holidays, with something for children of all ages and abilities.

This summer we're offering:
• All-Day Holiday Camps – Fun-filled days packed with activities, games and challenges
• Family Fun Sessions – Open play sessions for children under 12 to explore, bounce and have fun
• Mini Fun Sessions – Perfect for younger children to play and develop confidence
• SEN Sessions – Inclusive sessions in a relaxed and supportive environment
• Trampoline Workshops – Learn new skills and improve technique
• Tumble Workshops – Build strength, coordination and confidence
• Parkour Workshops – Run, jump, climb and challenge yourself
• Private Lessons – One-to-one coaching tailored to your child

Whether your child wants to learn new skills, stay active, make new friends or simply have a great time during the holidays, we've got something for everyone.

Could Your Child Be the Next Sky High Star?

This summer we're holding FREE Development Squad Trials for children who love to bounce, flip, roll, somersault and learn new skills!

Whether your child dreams of competing at a high level or simply thrives on a challenge, our Development Trampoline Squad (ages 5–9) and Development Tumble Squad (ages 4–8) offer exciting pathways into competitive gymnastics.

Our competitive programme has produced gymnasts who have gone on to represent the South East Squad, National Performance Pathways and even Great Britain, with several becoming British Champions and international medallists.

✅ FREE to attend
✅ Separate Trampoline and Tumble squads
✅ Open to current members and new gymnasts
✅ Successful gymnasts will be invited to join the relevant squad

Fantastic performances from our three National Trampoline competitors at the second National Qualifier last month! 🌟
All three gymnasts showed great determination and represented the club brilliantly. We’re incredibly proud of their hard work and achievements.
Now we eagerly await the National Age Group Championship qualification announcements for the October competition. 🤞
A huge well done to everyone, and a special thank you to Gail for coaching and supporting the gymnasts throughout the weekend. 👏

Our summer holiday camps are now available to book! ☀️
Looking for something fun to keep the kids active this summer? We’ve got you covered.
Our camps are a great way for children to burn off some energy, try new skills, and have a brilliant day with friends. Expect plenty of trampolining, gymnastics, foam pit fun, games and lots of smiles along the way.

9:30am – 3:30pm
Only £35 per day
Ages 5–14

We’ll be running camps every Tuesday and Wednesday, starting from Tuesday 28th July through to Wednesday 2nd September:

Well done to our fantastic gymnasts who have qualified for the Inter-Regional Finals in July, where they will represent the South East in Birmingham!

Last week they attended their squad training day alongside coaches Kerry and Abi, where they worked incredibly hard and represented Sky High brilliantly 👏

We’re so proud of all their efforts and can’t wait to see them shine in Birmingham this July 💚

Congratulations to our gymnasts for their performances at the Three Cs competition in Milton Keynes!

These gymnasts qualified for the event through the county qualifiers earlier in the year, which is a fantastic achievement in itself 💚

They represented the South East alongside Be Gymnastics 💙

It was a fun and enjoyable competition, with great performances from everyone. Thank you to Mark for his coaching and support on the day, and well done to all of our gymnasts for their hard work 👏

Congratulations to our fantastic Display Team, who performed at GymFusion last month – they did Sky High proud!

Performing to this year’s Heroes theme, the team delivered a brilliant routine and had an amazing time throughout the event. A real highlight was meeting trampolinist Izzy Songhurst.
