A final word of thanks to you as the Summer holiday break arrives.
This year seems to have whizzed by faster than ever. The children have worked hard and have responded with enthusiasm to the many opportunities given to them. Time now to have a change of scene, to rest and relax and hopefully enjoy the continued sunny weather.
We say a special goodbye to our incredible Year 6 children. We have every confidence that they will continue to grow, succeed and make a positive difference wherever they go. We will miss them all very much and hope they will come back and visit in the future and let us know how they are getting on!
We would also like to say a fond farewell to Mrs Poskitt, who is retiring after nearly 30 years of dedicated service to our school community. She will be greatly missed by everyone who has had the privilege of working with her. Thank you for the many years of hard work, dedication and commitment.
We say goodbye to Elaine Williams too; an important part of our cleaning team, as she is also retiring this year. We would like to thank her for her many years of service to our school community. We wish both ladies a long, happy and well-deserved retirement filled with new adventures, relaxation and precious time with family and friends.
