This week we have been learning about Road Safety. 🚦
We have walked to the Zebra Crossing and practised walking safely across the road.
We have painted and coloured the red and green man at the traffic lights. 🚦
We have found red, yellow and green real objects in our room .🔴🟡🟢

This week we have been learning about Under the Sea, we have made jellyfish and starfish and Rainbow Fish using celery to paint with and read a story "the shy shark" and practised counting fish and we washed the sea creatures. 🦈🐙🐟.
We also made Father's Day cards for our daddies. 🧍‍♂️
And because it was hot we made orange juice ice lollies.🍊🥛🌞

This week we have been learning about Summer. We have decorated ice creams with tissue paper and practised colour mixing, we have made suns using hand prints, we have counted with ice cream scoops, we have played at having a picnic and made sandwiches for it and we have searched for shells in the water tray.

This week we have been learning about healthy foods and healthy drinks. We have practiced using a knife and fork to cut cooked carrots and fruits and vegetables. We have printed with vegetables and sung "five fat peas in a pea pod pressed " outside. And we have felt inside our mystery bag to feel for fruits and vegetables. 🍇🍌🍎🥒

Last week we had had fun learning about the story "Jack and the Beanstalk ", we used real leaves to make our beanstalks, we counted seeds and matched the number on our beanstalk, we read the story using wooden pieces to help us and we planted sunflower seeds to grow in pre-school and take home when they are big enough.😀🌱🐄🧒🍃📗

This week we have been having fun learning about wild animals, we painted zebras using marbles, we painted lions using forks, we printed animal footprints using paint, we used coloured bricks and pegs to colour in Elmer and we had a colourful sensory tuff tray all about the book "Monkey Puzzle ".🐵🦁🐆🦒🐘🐾😀
