We had a bit of a treat for our students tonight with some Swashbuckling! What a great session. Starting with some focus on foot work and ending with sword play. An hour just wasn’t long enough! Well done everyone you all really got stuck in and big thank you to our instructor for the evening ⚔️🏴‍☠️

We had the best time this weekend at the European Tang soo do championships in Cardiff. 11 members of ISK attended the competition including 3 of our juniors, they all did an amazing job and we are so proud of them all🤩
It takes great courage and dedication to compete at this level and they all did brilliantly.

ISK brought home a grand total of 15 medals 👏

🥇8 gold
🥈 4 silver
🥉 3 bronze

All the children who competed came home with medals and big smiles and we couldn’t be prouder 🥋
