Tomorrow, I'll ( Matt Hancock) be proposing a Bill in Parliament to require screening for dyslexia in primary schools

Only with improved screening in primary schools, alongside better teaching & assessment can we truly unleash the potential of people with dyslexia

Our online training courses are going well! This term: Attachment Disorder; Autism; Dyslexia; Preparing for OfSTED. Check the website for details or send a message/email. All run on Zoom and available as live session or recording! Great for Headteachers, SENCos, teachers, teaching assistants and supply staff too ☺️

What a strange Summer it has been! We have been busy at home working on ways to continue to provide support for schools whilst maintaining safety measures to comply with government guidelines. We are delighted to say that we will be back in schools from September. We have a number of bookings for INSET and assessments, which we are very happy about. Also, we are running our ever-popular "Planning your year as SENCo" training - this year we're online!! The course is running over 3 sessions, 4pm to 6pm, in September/October. Further details are available on our website. You can also message or email us for more information. We are planning more online courses over the coming months, so keep an eye out for them, including "Supporting children with anxiety" as a response to the needs that we anticipate seeing in our schools as we return next week. Good luck to all teachers, TAs and school staff with the start of term!!
