π International Recognition for Cornwall Health Library!
We're delighted to share that Sinead Blowers, University of Plymouth School of Nursing & Midwifery Librarian at Cornwall Health Library, has played a key role in an international research collaboration as the lead Information Specialist for OPTIMUM (Obesity in Reproduction, Perinatal and FeTal Health: International MUltidisciplinary Maternal Health Research Network).
Over the past year, Sinead has worked alongside researchers and clinicians from around the world on a groundbreaking project exploring the evidence surrounding incretin-based medications and reproductive health. The resulting publication provides a comprehensive review of the available evidence and expert consensus recommendations to help inform clinical practice and future research.
This is just the beginning for the OPTIMUM network, which will continue to bring together international expertise and research to improve maternal health outcomes for women and families worldwide. π
Congratulations to Sinead on this fantastic achievement and for showcasing the value of library and knowledge specialists in international health research.
