Friendly Fixture v Exeter University
We have been invite to play a friendly fixture on Wednesday 8th Feb. at Exeter Golf and Country club against Exeter University.
Unfortunately we have a restriction on numbers to 6, if you would like to play on Weds. Please let me know ASAP so I can inform the Uni. of numbers.
We will be leaving College at 11.15am, so you will be able to go to first lesson if needed
There will be no transport to Tehidy on Weds. But if you can find your own way down, Jon will be there.

In the past 11 months Academy student Joe Venn has seen his handicap tumble from 28 to 9. Working with Joe to take his game to the next level Joe was profiled today with a TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) physical screening to identify any mobility & flexibility issues. The screening highlighted a weakness in Joe's lower body rotation. Joe has been given a training programme that he focus on in the college gym over the coming weeks.

Truro College Golf Academy have forged an association with Bedford School and will travel to Woburn Golf Club in Buckinghamshire for a friendly fixture on Saturday 8th October.
Woburn has hosted numerous European tour events over the 3 championship courses The Marquess, Dukes & Duchess course with famous champions including Seve Ballesteros Nick Faldo and Justin Rose
Last year The British Masters European Tour event returned to Woburn with Ryder Cup rookie Matt Fitzpatrick taking the title. This year the best lady golfers from around the world gathered for the Riccoh British Ladies Open played over the Marquess course
This is a trip not to miss! Woburn is regarded as the best 54 hole golf complex in Europe
