🚀 SPT Outreach is back across Devon for 2026–27
Commissioned by Devon County Council, we're continuing to support schools, pupils and SEND leaders through specialist outreach, SEN Specialist Base development and school-to-school collaboration.

📊 Last year we supported:

✅ 84 schools
✅ 97 individual pupils
✅ 50+ SENCos
✅ 160+ outreach visits
✅ 4 SEND Hubs across Devon

All driven by one simple principle:
Right Support. Right Place. Right Time.

Together, we're building capacity, strengthening inclusion and helping more children and young people thrive in their local communities.

📌 Need support? Speak to your Devon Inclusion Partner. All outreach requests are triaged and commissioned through Devon County Council.

📣 We're excited to be hosting our Outreach Delivery Partner's Event on 24 September at Magdalen Court School, Exeter.

We're looking to connect with specialist schools interested in helping to build a strong Outreach Support network across Devon.
