We are absolutely delighted to share that our school has been awarded the School Games Platinum Mark in recognition of our outstanding commitment to PE, school sport and physical activity.

The Platinum Mark is the highest level of the School Games Mark and reflects years of dedication to providing every child with opportunities to be active, compete, lead and develop through sport. It is awarded to schools that consistently demonstrate excellence in promoting physical activity, inclusive participation, competitive opportunities and leadership across the whole school community - you must win Gold for four consecutive years to even be considered for Platinum.

This achievement has only been possible thanks to the enthusiasm and hard work of our pupils, staff, parents and wider community. From taking part in competitions and festivals, to leading activities as sports leaders, embracing inclusive opportunities, and promoting healthy, active lifestyles every day, everyone has played a part in making this possible.

At the heart of everything we do is personal development. Through PE and school sport, our pupils develop resilience, confidence, teamwork, leadership, respect and determination—qualities that extend far beyond the playing field and help prepare them for life.

Well done team Nancledra!!! 🥳🥳🥳 They made it on their static bikes as a team, all the way from John O'Groats to Nancledra! A total of 826 miles- such an amazing achievement and a huge amount of money raised so far for their wonderful school! 🫶
