Looking for something positive, fun and useful to do together? Come along to our FREE Parent & Child Self-Defence Workshop at Loans Scout Hall, Troon.

You don’t need to be a parent or child to take part! This workshop is open to everyone. Bring a friend, come with a family member, or simply come along by yourself — everyone is welcome. 👊

You'll learn practical self-defence skills, Muay Thai & Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals, situational awareness, confidence-building and how to stay calm under pressure.

No previous experience is needed — just come along and give it a go!
