Back in Arran next week for this fabulous workshop.

“We all have energetic cords that tie us to a place, time, or even a person.
You may feel you can never let go of that job, house, or relationship, even if it is no longer in your life.
Sometimes we are not even aware of the ties that bind us, but as we move forward some of these cords or connections can become unhelpful and may hold us back in some way, blocking our path ahead.
In this one-day workshop we will identify where these energetic cords are still connected and how we can release them to move forward. In the afternoon we will also visit a past life and view where it impacts on
your life now. Your inner consciousness is a path to a greater understanding of known and unknown hurts and challenges, and has the power to allow personal growth.
This will be a safe space to explore and discover more of your spiritual self.
As always, an open heart and mind are essential.”

Themes for this week.
Balance: Essential in life that we factor in being busy with time to rest. Excess with moderation. Time with people and time alone.
Believe: What are your thoughts? Do you hold yourself back through fear or lack of belief? Or do you tell yourself, I can do this. Your thoughts are powerful but you control them. Believe in yourself.
Decide: Make that choice, get organised, plan ahead. This is a week of staying on top of what you want to do. Clear the debris. Make space for the new.

As we notice the changes in mornings and evenings. Our soul reminds us. The summer joys and happiness we make together, give us the most delight. So allow the child within to have fun and laugh with friends. Allow summer to last a bit longer.
