I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all of my clients as I have now closed my childminding doors. I had such a great experience childminding and have loved nurturing the friendships between the children in my care, whilst making friends for life myself. The picture was taken on my last day, the sun shone for us and we had a fabulous day at Fullarton Woods.

As many of you know, I left teaching following the birth of my second child and took up childminding as it allowed me to work around my young family. Now my baby is at nursery/funded childminder, I have gone back to Maths as a tutor, if you happen to be looking for a Maths tutor my page is Maths Teacher Mum!

Last week we enjoyed the sunshine starting off in Dean Park with Sing with Saffy, visiting the animals and playing in the park. We then had a fabulous day at Fullarton Woods making bird feeders and getting creative. We had great fun at 2 parks and had some lovely walks. Then to finish the week we went to Mainly Music and enjoyed a picnic at the beach, play in the park and a visit to the library. Phew, what a week. I can't wait to see what this week brings 😍

What a fun week we've had celebrating Scottish Book Week. We've enjoyed learning about the animals in Dear Zoo, taking a stroll through the deep dark wood to meet the gruffalo and we helped Fox to find his socks. We also learned the sign for 'book' which we've been using. All the younger children got a new book to take home to read and enjoy with their families.
