New Swimming & Group Exercise Timetables starting 1st September 🏊‍♀️💪

We’re getting ready to welcome our swimmers back in September and we’re excited to share our new swimming and group exercise timetables! There are a few changes to be aware of:

🏊 Swimming
Some swimming sessions now have a 5-minute gap between sessions. This allows our staff and customers to have a smooth changeover. Please note that the poolside doors will be locked during this time.

💪 Group Exercise
Our Tuesdays have had a few timetable changes:
💦 Aqua is now permanently at 9:30am
⭐ Unfortunately, Layla has left us. We’d like to thank her for everything and wish her all the best!
👋 Nina will be taking over at the new time of 6:50pm

📱 Booking
All sessions are bookable online:

Members: 8 days in advance
Non-members: 7 days in advance

🧼 Help us keep our changing rooms clean
While the swimming pool has been closed, we’ve been deep cleaning our wet-side changing rooms. We’d really appreciate your help in keeping them clean.
Please remove outdoor shoes before entering or use the blue overshoes provided at each changing room entrance.

During the heatwave, we had our AstroTurf relined and some brand-new aerial shots taken — and wow, doesn’t it look stunning! 😍

It’s a shame the grass fields aren’t looking quite so green right now, but our AstroTurf is looking better than ever! 🌱✨

Our sand-dressed AstroTurf is perfect for a range of multi-sport activities, with **football and hockey** proving especially popular. ⚽🏑

And with excellent floodlighting, you can enjoy the facilities well into the darker evenings too. 🌙💡

🛟 International Lifeguard Appreciation Day 🛟. We wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to all our lifeguards at Tring Sports Centre! 💙
Our lifeguards play a vital role in keeping our pool a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. But did you know that every month, our lifeguards complete two hours of ongoing training to keep their skills, knowledge and lifesaving techniques fresh and up to date.

We’re incredibly proud of the dedication and commitment they show every day. Thank you to our fantastic lifeguard team! 👏

☀️ Summer Holiday information ☀️

Our pool may be closed in August but everything else is open as normal!!

You may have noticed that our Summer Group Exercise Timetable is currently missing.
That's because we're putting the finishing touches on some brand-new, exclusive summer classes that we can't wait to share with you!

Our full Summer Group Exercise Timetable will be released soon via our website and social media.

❗️We kindly ask all customers to book in advance for all sessions, including swimming.

With the recent hot weather, we have seen a significant increase in demand, with many sessions reaching full capacity. Unfortunately, this has meant we have had to turn away customers who arrived without a booking.

To avoid disappointment, especially during this busy period, please book your sessions in advance whenever possible.

Thank you for your continued support. We look forward to welcoming you throughout the summer holidays!

A message from Tring Mayor, Councillor Carol Nutkins.

On Sunday 5th July I had the pleasure of cutting my first ribbon to celebrate Tring Swim Clubs new competition standard starting blocks and officially launch the Club's annual long distance meet at Tring Sports Centre.

Attending with Councillor Nigel Nutkins we were welcomed by Mike Billingham, Chair of Tring Swim Club, and met Nicola Rix, President of Swim England Herts and Leanne Levitt of Community Action Dacorum who was instrumental in obtaining the necessary funding.

Mike, and his team work hard in supporting their young people and thanks go to everyone at the club for their dedication and time. Thanks must also go to all the adults who support and encourage their young people to take part in sport.

The excitement of the young people was very clear to see (there was a lot of cheering as the ribbon was cut) and they are a credit to the club. It was a pleasure to watch one of the races afterwards.

I wish the club every success in the future
