A new therapeutic offering at Elysia Therapy Centre - Yarrow Compress. Offered by Fiona Sim.

In Anthroposophical Medicine a hot yarrow compress is applied to the liver or abdominal area. Bringing the structuring warmth of yarrow can help restore the liver to harmonious rhythm which has many benefits.

We invite you to a morning workshop on caring for your feet.

Topics covered: Managing foot pain, with information on the anatomy of the foot, common causes of foot pain and exercises that can help manage it. Some background into why we treat feet from an Anthroposophic perspective including a little bit on four-fold and polarities.

Experience of a foot bath with arnica bath-soak and applying foot balm. Participants need to bring their own towel for the footbath.

We will also give each participant a voucher for 10% off when they book a therapy session with Lynn or Fiona

Rhythmical Einreibung has very few contra-indications and therefore, unlike some other body therapies, can be a supportive treatment for patients with cancer while undergoing interventions like chemotherapy, to ease symptoms and augment quality of life.
