Lots of you have enquired about the New Year New Beginning Retreat Day on Saturday the 25th but are unable to do that date. I've therefore decided to run a shorter Vision Board & Manifestation Experience on Wednesday the 22nd of January 6.30-8.30pm in the hope that this may be a better fit for those interested, this session will only be focused around embracing your authenticity and purpose and creating your vision board for 2025 but is an awesome session as a stand alone too ♥️♥️♥️

Last years New Year New Beginnings Wellness Retreat was such a feel good day, with Amazing vision boards created by the fabulous ladies who attended and I can't wait to bring you the same gorgeous day at The Wellness Room ♥️♥️♥️

♥️ We'll start the day working on releasing the past, what no longer serves you, so that you can begin to work on your purpose and vision without anything holding you back ♥️

♥️ You'll enjoy a beautiful lunch before we begin working on the visioning and manifesting part of the day and work to create your 2025 vision board with guidance and soul searching activities to help you along the way ♥️

♥️ You'll learn about the power of vision boards and manifestation and create your own beautiful vision board to take away ♥️

♥️ We'll end our day with a beautifully immersive Sound Bath and relaxation meditation session before you leave for home feeling absolutely ready to give 2025 your best ♥️

Today I launch my 30 day online coaching programme and I'd absolutely love you to join me to start 2025 right!

This 30 day programme is purely online, it will run through a private Facebook group, exclusively accessible only to members of the programme and you'll be given a challenge a day that will enhance your Wellness and Wellbeing whilst challenging you to consider what it is that you really want in 2025 amd what you want to leave firmly in 2024 without you even having to leave the house! 🥳 it also means that you can access content when it suits you each day! There's no set time, I'll post in the morning but you can access it whenever it suits you ♥️

This 1 day Retreat will take place at The Wellness Room and will run from 11am through to 4.30pm. We'll be spending the day focusing on and celebrating you, bringing your hopes and dreams for 2025 to life, and releasing the past to clear the way for a New Year and New Beginnings 🥰

As women it's very rare that we get the opportunity to focus on ourselves, who we are and what we actually want out of life and I'm overjoyed to be able to bring you the opportunity to do just that! You'll make your own Yule Bauble to bring protection and prosperity to your home, we'll be working with nature to release and manifest, you'll ease your way through a beautiful guided meditation and we'll finish our retreat with Mulled Wine and other Yule treats as we steps into our very own circle of light that we'll create throughout the afternoon ✨️♥️✨️
