A typical FWS Sunday… in 45 seconds! 😂⚽️

After a tough game against Flint this morning with my Colwyn Bay Academy U12s, it was straight to The Oval in Llandudno for an afternoon of individual sessions 💪🏾

🔴 Amber — Liverpool U17 & Wales International 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
🟡 Math, Macs & Llew — Caernarfon Academy
🔵 Henry — Airbus Academy
⚽️ Muhammad — 90 minutes of dedicated 1-to-1 work!

Different ages and football journeys, all putting in the extra work to keep improving. Great effort, plenty of quality and smiles throughout! 🧡🖤

A busy day doing what I love. Now it’s time for a shower, a movie and some well-earned rest 😂🎬

What a way to finish the summer!

Four weeks of technical development, 1v1 duels, decision-making, finishing and competitive small-sided games — all delivered with intensity, commitment and a desire to improve.

Block 2 may be complete, but the progression doesn’t stop here…
