What an incredible year it has been at Tredegar Comprehensive School.

As another successful academic year comes to a close, we would like to say a heartfelt thank you to our amazing pupils, dedicated staff, supportive parents and carers, and our committed Governing Body. Your hard work, resilience, encouragement and partnership have made this year one to be proud of.

Together, we have celebrated achievements, embraced challenges, supported one another and continued to live our motto of Working Together for Success. We couldn't be prouder of everything our school community has accomplished.

What a fantastic way to celebrate another successful year! 🌟

Our pupils have had an absolutely fabulous time on their end-of-year rewards trips, recognising their commitment to being excellent learners, positive role models and valued members of our school community.
These experiences were thoroughly deserved and created memories that will last a lifetime. We are incredibly proud of every pupil who earned the opportunity through their hard work, excellent behaviour and dedication throughout the year.

A huge thank you also goes to our amazing staff, who gave up their time to carefully organise, supervise and lead these trips. Your dedication, enthusiasm and commitment to providing such enriching experiences for our pupils is truly appreciated.

Well done to everyone involved – what a wonderful way to end a fantastic academic year! 👏🌟

🎉 What a fantastic week celebrating 50 years of Tredegar Comprehensive School at its current home on the site of the former Ty Trist Colliery at Stable Lane! 🎉

As part of this special milestone, we were proud to host a wonderful art exhibition at Bedwellty House and Park, celebrating the rich history of our school and the incredible creativity of our students.

A huge thank you to all the staff and students whose hard work, talent and dedication brought the exhibition to life. Your efforts created a truly memorable showcase that was enjoyed by so many members of our school and wider community.

It has been a wonderful opportunity to reflect on five decades of memories, achievements and community spirit while looking ahead to an exciting future for Tredegar Comprehensive School, especially as the remodelling work currently underway leads us into our new era!
