We’re inviting traders to join the EH32 Christmas Market at Cockenzie House & Gardens!

It’s shaping up to be a busy festive market, with plenty to attract visitors and keep families entertained, including:

🍔 Festive food court
🎶 Outdoor live music
🐐 Petting zoo
🎅 Santa’s grotto
🎪 Carnival games

A food and drink market inside Cockenzie House will also run alongside the outdoor market, giving visitors even more to explore and helping increase footfall through the gardens.

EH32 Christmas Market – Cockenzie House & Gardens

We’re inviting local makers, crafters and businesses to apply for a pitch at our outdoor Christmas Market! 🎁

We’re looking for a lovely mix of stalls offering gifts, handmade crafts, festive treats and unique products.

The event will also feature live music, a petting zoo, Santa’s grotto and other attractions, helping to bring families into the gardens to enjoy the market and support our traders. 🎅✨

What a day! 🍻🇩🇪

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our first ever Oktoberfest at Cockenzie House & Gardens. It was such a great success, and we had a brilliant time celebrating with you all!

The entertainment was fantastic, and our amazing compère Alex Hodgson had us laughing all day. A massive thank you to all our hardworking staff for making it happen.

We hope there weren’t too many sore heads this morning! 👀🍺

Join us on Saturday 26th September from 1pm–8pm for a full day of live music, food, drinks, games and plenty of Oktoberfest fun inside our huge wooden-floored marquee!

🎟️ £26 STANDARD TICKET INCLUDES:

🍺 A two-pint stein of b**r, c***r or an equivalent drink from the bar
🌭 An £8 food voucher

We have a cracking line-up ready to keep the marquee bouncing all day!

🎷 The Lost Boys - Party & Function Band

A four-piece party band playing one banger after another, with everything from rock and pop classics to the songs you can’t help singing along to, plus saxophone thrown into the mix!

🎸 The Last Resort

A fantastic function band bringing all the biggest singalong hits. Expect a packed dance floor, plenty of familiar favourites and absolutely no chance of sitting quietly at your table!

🪗 ALEX ROSS

Our versatile accordion player will be bringing a proper Bavarian feel to the day, performing traditional Oktoberfest favourites alongside well-known tunes with an accordion twist.

Taking centre stage will be our very own Cockenzie Haus L***r!

Brewed locally in East Lothian using 100% Scottish l***r malt and l***r yeast in a German-style brewhouse, it has a light biscuit-malt aroma and a clean, crisp finish, the perfect l***r for enjoying from a two-pint stein!

Our bars will also be fully stocked with:

🍺 Other popular draught l***r and c***r options
🥃 Mainline spirits and mixers
🍾 A selection of bottled b**rs and c***rs
