The Science Behind Elite Performance
Peak Personal Performance is about a lot more than driving and if you are not educated and conditioned properly, you will under-perform how ever much track time you have. iZone training covers over 100 modules. Each one is just as important in driver development as driving on the track or in the simulator. The earlier a driver starts to understand how factors u

nder his or her control affect their personal performance, the better the results will be on the track. Both the mind and body have to be trained but the key to success is concentration. As a racing driver, even a very small lapse in concentration will result in a mistake on the track. We teach drivers to concentrate for long periods, focus intensively and drive naturally using their subconscious mind. We call it driving ‘in the Zone’ and it is the way the very best drivers drive.
