To a child a plastic tube can be a powerful spaceship, a cardboard box a skyscraper and a pile of foam or fabric offcuts the building blocks of something amazing. We are a tiny Totton based charity providing an Aladdin’s cave of low cost recycled arts and crafts resources for the communities in which we operate. Our volunteers collect clean waste materials donated by local businesses and although we are open to everyone, our materials are mainly used for kids arts and crafts activities stimulating innovation and creativity at a young age, enhancing learning and play experiences at the same time as diverting waste from landfill.

We are told that Jacobs Gutter Lane will be open tomorrow.

We are sorry to disappoint our loyal members, however, after struggling through traffic diversions. we now have one volunteer on site. If you are en route please be aware we will be closing at 11.00 today.
We will try to let members know tomorrow morning what the situation is.

One of our volunteers collected another selection of upholstery fabrics from DeeCee upholstery in Southampton.
We would like to say a massive thank you for their generosity.
We have placed a selection of fabric pieces on the table. These are available for just £1 per piece. There are also a great selection of fabrics on the roll for just £1 per meter.
This fabric would be excellent for small upholstery projects, draught excluders, bags and much much more.
We are open as usual throughout September. Some sessions in October will be cancelled in order to free up parking spaces for Sunnyfields very popular Pumpkin Event.

We are delighted with our recently received donation from Dee Cee, Upholstery in Southampton. This donation includes upholstery fabrics and piping cord. Also a collection of furniture feet, which our crafty members will transform into lamp stands, candle holders and many other fabulous items.
The fabrics are available in our Scrapstore for just £1 per meter. The piping cord is just 10p per meter. The furniture feet can be part of a carrier bag allowance.
A massive thank you to Dee Cee, Upholstery, our members will be grateful.
Come in and pick up some of our bargain purchases.
