Forest Edge Kung fu School teaches Hung Gar one of the famous styles of kung fu in the world Five Thunder Kuen school teaches Hung Gar.
The art combines the key attributes and essence of the following arts :-
* Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu (Shaolin Temple)
* Traditional Dim Mak for wellbeing and destruction
* Chinese Kick Boxing
Five Thunder Kuen uses traditional training methods from Shaolin Temple as a basis and foundation to build upon. We then move into age appropriate training to teach the arts as they were meant to be,

Hypermobility gene has definitely been inherited through the generations here and I think excelled with Ethan……

WE ARE 2 ......... and what a two years it's been! 🥳
There have been some bumps along the way (Unfortunately I didn't include a world-stopping, killer virus ☹️ in my business plan), but I am so proud of all the people we have helped, the knowledge we have acquired and what we have achieved in this time.
We have massive plans for the future and a big announcement coming Autumn 2021 🤫😉
