Congratulations TBGS orienteering teams!

The first of the two National Championships took place over the weekend in Leicestershire and 20 runners attended from TBGS. Mainly a team competition with 6 runners scores counting in each age group although individual runs in each year are also noted.

The Junior runners..... yrs 8 and 9... won the title again by a comfortable margin which was very pleasing as in many cases they have not had the time to gain the experience that many of their competitors have had.

The senior team of yrs 9 + dominated the age group with the highest 6 scorers ending up way ahead of anyone else .

A good effort all round, all teams are now looking to the second National Champs in November.
