Intention was certainly the buzz word today at Mind Body Spirit. Almost every talk and workshop touched on the Power of Intention. ✨✨🌟

And I learned that the word comes from the latin word intendere meaning "stretching or purpose".

I enjoyed that as it can be stretching setting an intention and holding to it. But hold we must and when we do the magic happens. The energy lines up and you create the reality you intend. The reality you desire. The reality you dream of.
