You have to drive yourself to push beyond and go into that mindset during training or in life situations, you have to go to point where you body screaming No ! But take your mind to another place think of that goal and just think where you wanna be in life . Keep on going to point of failure because that where your character shows and how character is built ! ๐ง . Itโs shows you how far your mentality can go ! Be the person you want to be and be the best version of yourself ๐ช
