Torphins Explorer Scouts are having a bake sale this Saturday outside the Learney Hall to help raise funds for their Ocean Youth Trust trip.

📢 PRE-LOVED UNIFORMS📢
We have a range of pre-loved school uniform available for sale from school and nursery jumpers/cardigans (£1.50) to polo's, trousers, shorts, skirts, pinafores, summer dresses, PE shorts, house t-shirts, plimsoles (all 50p each).

If anyone has been clearing out uniforms that no longer fit and still in good condition please consider donating to re-stcok our supplies as we are low on quite a few sizes (jumpers and cardigans in particular).

All proceeds go to TSPC to help fund much needed school resources to improve our wonderful school experience. ❤️

If anyone is having a clear out during the holidays please can you consider donating any pre-loved fiction / non-fiction books to the school library. Books should be suitable for ages 3 - 12 years and be in good condition. A donation box will be in place during the second week of the new term. Many thanks and happy holidays! TSPC

A big thank you and shout out to the fantastic Re-Up-Cycle who supplied the Welly Wanging Prizes again this year. The winners were lucky to receive a very cool 2024 welly wanging keyring hand-made right here in Torphins! Thanks Re-Up-Cycle!

Torphins Primary and the TSPC would like to thank all those involved in this year’s Welly Walk. The event was a huge success raising £3046 for our new outdoor learning area! A BIG thank you to everyone for the generous donations. Finally a super duper WELL DONE to all of the welly walking and wanging children who were such great sports on the day.

With only 3 days to go until this year's welly walk and 30% of our fundraising target achieved, we need your help! Please share with family and friends who may wish to contribute and support your wee one! The total raised will go towards the creation of a covered area in the playground that will support your child’s learning outdoors and give adequate cover for this to be used year-round.

Torphins School Welly Walk and Wanging Event Wednesday 15th May
The pupils of Torphins Nursery and P1-P7 will be taking part in a Welly Walk event

Nursery to P3 will walk a 1.7km route and P4-P7 will walk a 4km route. They will be spotting wellies and solving puzzles along the way!

They will also be doing some Welly Wanging in the Park.
Prizes for the furthest welly wang!!!

Through this event, the TSPC hopes to raise funds for the school to create a new outdoor learning area which would include a permanent shelter so children can learn whatever the weather.
