Now here’s an interesting capture on camera.. either a elaborate fake, an extremely weird cloud reflection, or the real deal?

This eerie photograph snapped by a gentleman of the old post office in St. Bathans, New Zealand, appears to show a ghostly figure peering out of the upstairs window. There was nobody there at the time and it certainly isn’t cloud reflecting as the image is too defined. .

How much do you rely on your own sensitivities? Or do you put your trust in gaining evidence from equipment alone?

It might be time for investigators to give up trying to obtain proof of ghosts scientifically and focus on a more personal exploration of the paranormal.

An interesting argument for prior research. What do you prefer to do, and why?

An interesting argument for prior research. What do you prefer to do, and why?

Many paranormal investigators will tell you that you should never do any background research on an allegedly haunted location, but this approach is flawed.

An interesting article from Higgypop Paranormal, which is a subject close to my heart, based on my efforts & findings using it historically. I’ve added my response in the comments for anyone interested in reading 😉👍

BTW for a brief period I was also the sole UK reseller for the standard (electronic) version but also had access to the basic indicator, which I still have a small stock of.

Edit: On this occasion Higgypop very much failed to think out of the box on this one!

Since I began using my wheel to communicate years ago, I simply added a standard dowsing board initially, followed by my own bespoke upgraded board, as well as colouring in one spike on the outer of the wheel, as a pointer. Doing that then opened much more in terms of the level of communication, making it better than conventional Ouija & pendulum mediums. By also adding a larger clear dome over the wheel, then makes it far easier to view the movement/responses, whilst keeping it away from sources of air flow & heat, as mentioned. I have though found that using a dome can make it slightly harder for spirit to rotate the wheel.

An Egely Vitality Indicator can be used during a paranormal investigation the idea is to get any spirits that might be present to spin the wheel to...

Hi Guys, here’s the latest once again interesting article from Higgypop, this time highlighting both the negatives & positives surrounding the use of AI in paranormal investigating going forward. From an investigator’s perspective I now see the potential positives outweighing the adverse fakery side of the argument. I’m assuming that AI could also be trained to identify most instances of faked evidence as well in time. Certainly when it comes to the laborious & time consuming side of evp reviewing AI could be an invaluable tool & if combined in recording device in order to analyse sound capture data in real time, would be amazing, and be the best way of securing meaningful back & forth communications? What are you feelings on AI within the scene? Scared or excited in what will be around the corner?

AI offers new opportunities for advancing paranormal research with the potential to transform the way evidence is examined objectively and efficiently.

Evening All. Will be interesting to find out what Ashley covers, going forward... Would be great to see ppl here adding/contributing to the debates.. ;-)

Over the years, whilst embarking on many paranormal adventures, I have personally learned quite a bit. However, in that time some Ghost Hunter approaches have remained the same. As I continue to in…

Well the cat's now out of the bag now then! So here it is - soon to air on YT - Episode 1 of The World's Most Haunted Theatres!
During this investigation (before & during), the very first of it's kind at The Oast House Theatre, I experienced my first ever cobweb & static phenomena. We also had countless captured/recorded EVP's (spirit voices), many contextual with what we were asking out/talking about in the moment - sadly not loud/clear enough to transfer into Youtube audio. Also had one strange unexplained noise of an object being knocked, various contextual/repeated words (certainly towards the end of the session) relayed via the ITC App and intriguing light anomaly orbs (highlighted & a few not), with one at least produced on request. Not to mention various meter detector lights constantly going off, for no logical reason. And add to that, that not only was the video file at the end the investigation in the loft, where we communicated with the murder who hung himself inexplicably corrupted (didn’t want the story etc getting out perhaps?), but my voice recorder’s entire audio recording (whole investigation!) file got completely deleted deleted when I pressed stop! An amazingly interesting investigation, from a paranormal investigators perspective & would love to go back to investigate again. Many thanks to Dean Caston, for allowing us the opportunity to check the place out!

Join us soon as Paul Harris, Nigel Wood, and Michelle Morley investigate the Paranormal activity at the Oasthouse Theatre Rainham Kent. As we try to get to the bottom of the Oasthouse Hangings.
