What an incredible two weeks at our Summer Holiday Club!

It was wonderful to welcome back familiar faces, see how much the children had grown, and meet new friends too. From tool work, den building and campfire skills to crafts, performances and imaginative play, every day was packed with adventure, creativity and fun.

Watching the children grow in confidence, resilience and independence while making lasting woodland memories was a joy.

On Thursday, we said a fond farewell to our school leavers.

While it was an emotional day, it was also a wonderful celebration of everything our children have achieved during their time at Rain or Shine. They leave us with resilience, curiosity, confidence, strong social and emotional skills, and, of course, a deep and lasting connection with nature.

We are incredibly proud of each and every child and know they will shine as they take their next steps. We wish them every success and happiness on the exciting journey ahead – they will always be a part of our Forest School family🌿 💚 ✨

This week at Bidborough we enjoyed going on our annual teddy bear picnic to the nearby stream. Rolling down the hill, climbing the horse jump and splashing in the stream were the highlights for another lovely, warm, sunny week.
