I am a qualified Science Teacher with a specialism in Physics and I have taught in both grammar and non-grammar secondary schools within Kent. I am experienced in teaching Physics, Chemistry and Biology at KS3 and GCSE and Physics at A-level. I have taught a range of exam boards and have extensive experience of working with exam questions and mark schemes. For the past five years I have been tutor
ing students in-person at their homes and also online. All my tutees have been fantastic! They have had a wide range of abilities within the subject and some have gone on to study Physics at university. Tutoring should always remain centred on the needs of the student. How are they feeling about their learning, what type of learning environment best enables them and what are their aims and future goals? I love tutoring because I love enabling students to build their understanding of a subject that I am passionate about. I am now extending my tutoring by adding additional session days and times and so unusually I still have availability for this academic year.
