Tom has worked incredibly hard, showing great commitment, discipline and determination in every session. His technique, confidence and attitude have all come on brilliantly, and this promotion is a well-deserved reward for his effort.

Summer Camp 2026 - That’s a Wrap! 🥋☀️🔫

What an EPIC 3 days!! 🤩🎉

We are over the moon with this year’s Summer Camp. What an amazing bunch of kids! You all threw yourselves into the fun, challenged yourselves, made new friends and created some seriously epic memories. ❤️

A HUGE shoutout to Kaye, Jon, Carrie, Hannah, Alecs, Isla, Harry, Neil, Sarah and Meic for all your help this week. We genuinely couldn’t have done it without you, what a team! 🙌

This was our biggest event yet, and we couldn’t be prouder of every single one of our students. Seeing you look after each other, work together, form friendships and bring such amazing energy to the camp has been incredible. We are so grateful for the awesome community we have. 🫶

And what better way to finish than with an EPIC water pistol fight! 💦🔫 Alongside more martial arts, a bouncy assault course, Nerf shooting range, games, strength & conditioning and plenty of chaos! 😂

Next week is our 2-week summer shutdown, but when we return… 👀🥋 There are some BRAND NEW surprises waiting for you in the dojo! 🥊

SUMMER CAMP • DAY 2 ☀️🥋

Another amazing day at Summer Camp! 🙌

Today we had martial arts, a HUGE tug-of-war tournament (and some seriously big celebrations! 😂), dodgeball, plus more fun on the ninja assault course, football, badminton, arts & crafts and LOADS of games! 🎉

We’ve absolutely loved hosting camp this year. What an EPIC week before our summer break! 💥

It’s so amazing seeing all the smiles, laughter, teamwork and new friendships being made. ❤️

One more day to go… LET’S GO! 🔥🥋

🥋☀️ SUMMER CAMP — DAY ONE DONE! ☀️🥋
WHAT. A. DAY! 🤩🔥

We absolutely smashed Day One of Summer Camp! 💥 We packed the day with loads of martial arts in the morning, followed by Nerf Wars, outdoor games, a bouncy assault course, arts & crafts and, most importantly, an AMAZING team spirit! 🙌❤️

We LOVE seeing all our students from across our different locations and classes come together, make new friends, support each other and work as a team. 🥰💪

Safe to say… WE HAD SO MUCH FUN! 🎉

A huge THANK YOU to all our amazing helpers and Junior Leaders too, you were absolute superstars! ⭐️👏

We can’t wait to do it all again tomorrow! Bring on Day Two! 🚀🥋

🥋 STUDENT SPOTLIGHT: ALLY! 💚

Ally has been training with us since 2024, and what a journey she’s had! 👊🔥

She is an exemplary student who thinks carefully about everything she does, hits with incredible precision, and always pushes through when things get tough. We are so incredibly proud of everything she has achieved so far. 🎉

From earning her green belt and becoming part of our Fight Team, to taking on her very first competition, Ally continues to challenge herself and grow both on and off the mats. And now she’s training alongside her dad too… showing him how it’s done! 😉🥊

Her kicks are seriously powerful, but it’s Ally’s determination, focus and attitude that make her such a brilliant role model for our younger students. She shows them that with hard work, consistency and a willingness to keep pushing, you can achieve amazing things. 👊

We’re incredibly lucky to have Ally as part of our team, and we can’t wait to see where her journey takes her next. 🌟

It’s been epic handing out the rest of the grading results and new belts over the weekend! Seeing so many of our students step up to the challenge, push themselves beyond their comfort zones, and earn their next belt has been incredible. 👊

As coaches, nothing makes us prouder than watching your progress. Every grading is another milestone on your martial arts journey, and it’s amazing to see your confidence, technique, resilience and determination continue to grow. 🪴

Wear those new belts with pride, you’ve earned every stripe and every grade through hard work and commitment! 💪

🇬🇧 Team GB Squad session! 🥊🔥

Another epic session today, pushing hard as we get closer to the World Championships in Italy, brilliant to be back working with the Junior Light Continuous squad for Kickboxing GB 💪

The road to the World Championships is never easy. It takes commitment, resilience, discipline and countless hours of hard work. Every session is another step towards that goal, and it’s an honour to play a part in helping these incredible athletes on their journey. 👊

The dedication, attitude and work ethic in this team is something special. We can’t wait to see everyone step onto the world stage and give it everything they’ve got. 🇮🇹🌍
