⚽️ Our KS3 girls took part in a football tournament today, competing against schools from across the area and finishing 4th in their group before progressing to the Shield competition! 👏

The girls showed fantastic teamwork, effort and determination throughout the day, with some excellent football on display. A special mention to Olivia M for an incredible long-range goal and to Eden B-D, our Player of the Tournament, for her outstanding saves! 🧤⭐

A big thank you to Josh H and Ollie F for their brilliant support as Sports Leaders.

A fantastic effort from everyone and a really positive start to the football season. Well done, girls! 💙⚽️

Today, we’re holding our Harvest Assembly for pupils and staff, and we’d like to say a huge thank you for all your generous donations. They’re now proudly displayed in the hall, ready for the assembly to begin!

Parkfields travelled to Robert Bloomfield Academy on Tuesday 13th October, ready for another battle!

Freddie H opened the scoring after great link-up play with Josh H, before adding a second from Jude A’s rebound. Josh then scored from long range before completing a fantastic hat-trick in the second half.

The boys created plenty more chances, with excellent passing, teamwork and solid defending throughout. Well done, lads, on another entertaining performance!

Today, we’re raising awareness of the importance of mental health and reminding everyone that it’s okay not to be okay.

At Parkfields, we know that looking after our mental health is just as important as looking after our physical health. Small acts of kindness, taking time to listen and checking in with one another can make a real difference. 💚

Let’s continue to create a school community where everyone feels safe, supported and able to talk about how they’re feeling.
