This is an exciting leadership opportunity within a supportive trust and a welcoming rural school community. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the school’s continued development while maintaining a 0.7 FTE teaching commitment.

Thank you to all the families who have bought in harvest donations for CHAT.

We love hearing about the impact of our grants and these letters from children at Rackenford Primary School really made us smile. We’re thrilled they’re enjoying their new playground, funded through the Batsworthy Cross Wind Farm Fund.

Welcome back, we hope you all had a lovely summer.

A few reminders for the new school year:
We will continue to use the church gate in the mornings, the gate will be open from 8:50-9am. If you arrive after 9 you will need to bring your child to the front gate and sign them in at the office.

When picking up at 3:30 Roe and Fallow class are to be collected from the front playground and Sika from the back playground.

Thursday is PE day (starting tomorrow) please make sure your child comes into school in their PE kit, if your child is starting in reception they can wear normal uniform so you can get the first day of school photos.

As always all children will need a waterproof coat, water bottle and a snack.

Lunch on Thursday will be meatballs and pasta/veg meatballs and pasta, there will be NO jacket potatoes tomorrow.
