Hi, I'm Anneke. Welcome to my page!

I'm a Devon-based online tutor, working in German, English as a Foreign Language (EFL), and academic writing.

My students are a mixed bunch: GCSE/A Level students finding their feet, undergraduates wrestling with their first proper academic essays, and adults coming back to learning later in life (often more nervous than they need to be).

The part I love most is the one-to-one. Teaching online lets me make a screen feel like a shared space—read a pause, follow a good tangent, and build each session around how you actually think, rather than what a syllabus insists you should.
