🌟 Big News for Tiverton! B Block Transformation is Nearly Complete 🌟
We’re excited to share that major redevelopment work at our Tiverton campus is almost finished - and it’s bringing a whole new future for the site as we prepare to become the Centre for Progression, Tiverton.

This upgraded space will be purpose-built for young people with additional needs, supporting confidence, independence and seamless progression into further study or employment.

What’s been happening in B Block?
✨ Full refurbishment now handed over
✨ Fresh, upgraded social & learning spaces
✨ New commercial kitchen equipment on the way
✨ Brand-new graphics landing in early January
✨ Roof works close to completion
✨ Landscaping finishing by 20 January
All part of a Devon County Council–funded investment supporting SEND learners across the region.

A Devon-wide approach to SEND.
Under the proposed Exeter College–Petroc merger, Tiverton will become a specialist Centre for Progression - forming part of a coast-to-coast SEND offer across Exeter, Barnstaple and Tiverton.

Spotlight on H2O: Home to Onsite.
We’re proud to offer the fantastic H2O programme, supporting learners with EHCPs through:
• One-to-one mentoring
• Tailored tuition
• Work experience
• Progression into further courses or employment
• A fully supported transition from home to onsite learning

This is exactly what Tiverton is all about: meeting learners where they are, and helping them move forward confidently.

We were delighted to welcome Councillor Denise Bickley from Devon County Council for a behind-the-scenes look at our soon-to-be-completed Progressive Skills Academy and H2O facility.

This brand-new facility has been designed especially for students with additional needs and those on our H2O (Home to Onsite) provision, creating safe, supportive spaces where learners can build confidence, independence, and skills for the future.

A huge thank you to Denise for visiting and exploring how Petroc and Devon County Council can continue working together to support SEND provision across the region.
