π Busy, busy babies! π
Our babies have had a wonderful time exploring, discovering, and learning through play this week! π
π§Έ They loved exploring the puppets in our treasure baskets, encouraging curiosity, imagination, and early communication as they discovered different characters and textures.
π The children enjoyed transporting trains around in baskets and carefully returning them to where they belong, developing problem-solving skills, spatial awareness, and an understanding of caring for their environment.
π‘ They had lots of fun posting objects through tubes, investigating how things move while building hand-eye coordination and strengthening their fine motor skills.
π Everyone joined in with our parachute games, learning to work together, take turns, and enjoy exciting group play filled with laughter and movement.
π§ Our little explorers also challenged themselves on our physical equipment, climbing, balancing, and sliding with growing confidence as they developed their strength, coordination, and gross motor skills.
These wonderful experiences support the EYFS by developing:
β¨ Communication and Language β through puppet play, listening, and interaction.
β¨ Physical Development β by climbing, balancing, posting objects, and manipulating resources.
β¨ Personal, Social and Emotional Development β through cooperative games, confidence building, and learning to care for resources.
β¨ Understanding the World β by exploring how objects move, fit together, and where they belong.
We are so proud of our little learners as they continue to explore, investigate, and develop new skills through meaningful play every day. π
