We're excited to announce our next show!

"Guys and Dolls Jr." is a musical comedy revolving around two New York gamblers, Nathan Detroit and Sky Masterson. Nathan needs to find a venue for his illegal crap game, while Sky bets he can woo the virtuous Sarah Brown. Their worlds collide, leading to love and reformation for all.

The run will be 16th-18th April with 2 Additional Performances for Year 5 students at local primary schools.

A massive thank you to everyone who contributed financially or by baking or bringing cakes for our Macmillan Cake Sale on Friday...we managed to raise a massive £312.25 which is amazing and almost £100 more than we raised last year.

As we approach the GCSE exam term, the Science department has volunteered to help support students with some extra revision sessions. Our aim is to provide an intensive two hour study session for Science students on the following Saturday dates:

Saturday 7th October
Saturday 14th October
Saturday 21st October
Saturday 11th November
Saturday 18th November
Saturday 20th January
Saturday 27th January
Saturday 3rd February
Saturday 9th March
Saturday 16th March


The times are from: 9:00am to 11:00am

Students are allowed to wear their own appropriate clothing and will need to make their own arrangements to and from the Academy.

These sessions will be run by Mr S.Singh (Director of Science) and Mr. M Patel (Assistant Headteacher) and other members of the Science team. Letters are with Mr Singh.

If students wish to attend the revision session, can the reply slip be completed and returned to Mr. Singh by Monday 2nd October 2023.

📣 If your child is due to start primary school or secondary school next September, you can now apply for a school place

❗ There is no rush, as we don’t give places on a first come, first served basis, so please take your time to ensure you make the best choices for your child.

👉 The closing date for secondary school applications is 31 October 2023 and you will find out what place your child has been given on 1 March 2024.

👉 The closing date for primary school applications (and for applications if your child is due to transfer to a new junior school for Year 3) is 15 January 2024. You’ll find out about your child’s reception or junior school place on 16 April 2024.
