We have a 12 weeks work-placement which could progress into employment.
Ever-bright Learning centre is a new Learning centre in Tilbury
looking for a teaching assistant to join our centre. You would be
working to get all learners involved and motivated to work to the best
of their ability and enjoy their educational experience. Your role
supporting these learners is vital to their development.
Your role will require:
An understanding of each students' health plan Liaise with teacher to
ensure all learners are supported Engage with the learners to keep
them on task Assist during break duty, outings and class activities
Deliver 1:1 or small group focused lessons when required
The skills required:
Good Communication and Interpersonal skills With or without experience
Patience and flexibility to deal with changes that may present
themselves due to the nature of the learners Ability to look after
people's physical, social and emotional welfare.
