For those that do not know me personally within the community I would really like to introduce myself so you can all briefly get to know me, Samarah-Leigh Sinclair, the Dance Principl
e of Rise Dance Academy and Studio informally. I competed successfully for 14yrs across the UK, taking my first serious steps into teaching in 2017, passing my teachers exam in August of that year and then setting up my own Inclusive dance school in April 2018. My Lifelong connection to Freestyle Dance strengthens my approach to a unique and current dance style of teaching in our community. Opportunities to take part in my competitive tribe is open to all dancers, the decision to compete is that of all parents/kids who attend RDA. It is important to me to Promote Positivity and Inclusiveness while setting exampleās of wayās my dancers can to be kind to themselves and each other. My teaching ethos is heavily influenced by focusing on 5 key benefits of dance pillars -
