Year 6 children held a wonderful assembly for both KS1 and KS2 children. The children displayed the fantastic protest posters they had made as part of their Thrive focus on 'Our World' last half term.

Their posters shared wonderful, powerful messages about the importance of working together to save our planet. Additionally, some of the Year 6 children read their own climate change speech to their peers, using fantastic expression and emphasising some emotive, key messages! Well done, Year 6! πŸŒπŸ‘πŸΌ

Year 5 found the SOLUTION to their problems when they asked 'Is it soluble or insoluble?' πŸ₯„πŸ§‚ They put sand, salt, syrup, oil and soil (solutes) to the test by stirring them into water (solvent) and determining whether they dissolved to make a new solution.
